Xplodium and Skybucks.....

I have a couple of questions regarding Glu currency for Bombshells.....

Is there any way at all to exchange or convert Xplodium into Skybucks?
(Having played the game for over a year, I've purchased just about everything that can be bought with Xplodium, now I just stack it up as I earn it......up to over 7,000,000 in Xplodium. But my Skybucks are only at 1200+)

If there is no way to convert, than is there any way that I can give/donate my Xplodium to another user/player?
