Why can't we replay any level when at level 15?

Hi all,

I've reached and finished the level 15 which is the last level (at least on the mac os x version of the game). Now i'd like to be able to replay any level without reinstalling the game and of course without loosing my in-app purchases. I couldn't find a way to do this. Did I miss something?
