You just have to complete all trophy hunts to go on to the next area, but...

Area 4 has not been released yet. You have to wait for them to finish creating it.

Finished region 3 trophys top right banner becomes contracts so will have to wait a while for region 4 update gonna make use of the time to build up hunterbucks the rifle upgrades depleted my stash of bucks

so, I finished this "game" in a day and a half. Good quality graphics [like DH 2014], but only 3 areas? That's a demo; not a game.
