Can not upgrade finisher sniper

Hi,

I have the luck to obtain the finisher sniper rifle with the elite crates, but I can only equip it and every time I press upgrade the game froze and force it to close. I tried to kill the app and rebooted my device but the same problem occurs. Can anyone help?

And for me ... I won it weny to my weapons , its not there !!!??? W.T.F , cost me $$$$ of gold !!!, where my rifle ???
