My Game was restarted, pls help..

i was playing last night... waiting for my item to be delivered, that time i was lvl 14 at region 3 (doing some contract hunt, when my energy run out, i slept) when i logged today, my game was restarted back to lvl 1 and my Guns/achievements.. completely gone..

Same thing happened to me last night....reset back to Lev.1 and I was 9 or 10 somewhere around there , i had all 4 of the hunts, rifle , exotic , contract and one other i cant think of the name. I am just a bit miffed that I have to start all over...any answers????

I keep getting a message that says
"Can not connect to network Your Progress will not be saved"
if i refresh the screen all progress is lost.
