Very big sound issue,contacted glu no response,please i wan't to fully enjoy the game

Well,i am getting no response,let me tell you my problem: I can not hear any SFX! (explosions,gunfire etc.) This is really a massive problem,because sound is important.

I can hear background music,but not any sfx even though both music and sfx are turned on.

Please,fixing this would let me fully enjoy gun bros,my favorite mobile game!

P.S.I am using Motorola Moto G.
