Can't load share data?

Hello everyone, as you know I'm new to this forum.

To make it real quick, can I have a reason(s) to why my game Amazing Battle Creatures can't load shared data? This just happened recently and I'm using both 3G/4G, so why can't I access into my game?

Nevermind, it's fixed due to late update message.
Anyways, you've disabled earning sparkles while speeding up hatch process. So how do I earn more sparkles now?
