When is region 5 coming out in the us?

People in other countries seem to be getting region 5 when is the US going to get it?

What device are you on? You may need to check your app store for an update or restart your device.

I also would like to know why I can't get to region 6. I've completed all the hunts except for the glu hunts with special weapons. Can any one help

Their is no region 6. Region 5 just came out last week. Maybe the middle of September, but who knows?
