kindle fire crashing

I have played completed regions 1-3 with no problems at all, but every time I try to do a non-contact hunt in region 4 the game freezes up my kindle fire. I am able to play the contact hunts with every weapon except the bow, and every time I select the bow or a different challenge in region 4 the game crashes. Is the anything I can do to get past this point?

I am also having this same problem it is very frustrating.

Did you check to see if you have a systems update? Check, you may have one, it might clear that up.
