That message was not from Glu. There is no Glu statement. No one is being ignored.
We asked the team to look into this and when we hear back then we will relay the information. Until then please enjoy the game and thanks for your patience.

Thank you for waiting patiently for a response regarding the draft wheel. Here is the GLU™ official statement:

"The Draft Wheel in Tap Sports Baseball operates in a similar way to a slot machine; Although it may appear that your chances of landing a high caliber player are high, the chances are actually much lower. The only way to GUARANTEE a high draft pick is to spend, spend, and then spend some more. We understand this is frustrating to many players, however, we do not wish to make the game too easy to master, otherwise you would no longer spend money. We apologize for not addressing this issue sooner, but we were too busy taking money from 13 year old girls playing the new Kim Kardashian game, which is set to make around $200M this year. With the money we're making from that game, we've hired on our janitor to occasionally update Tap Sports Baseball with new incentives aimed at making more money. For example, the recent "Road to Glory" campaign where you need to spend 10,000 gold (only $99.99) in order to achieve a 5-star player has been quite the hit (pun intended). Thank you again for your continued support of Tap Sports Baseball. Keep Calm and Tap On!"

That about sums it up. This is by far the best post I've read on the forum. You are so right on....
