How to restart game?

I just started playing this game yesterday but would like to restart I cannot see a restart option in the options menu

I have deleted the app and it's it's data, and even removed it from my purchased list but when I reinstall and launch, my game progress is still there

I thought I would ask here before submitting a ticket to support, in hope someone knows

Normally if you deleted and reinstalled the app, gour game and progress will be gone.

I'm not suree why yours are saved.

Did you save via facebook? (Although I am aware it doesn't work.)

I know right, it's so spooky xD Works for every game I play other than this one xD

Nope I haven't even got it connected to Facebook

Kinda useless but you can try. They never ever reply. I'm currently stuck at XI 2/2 for some reason...

They do reply xD I've been involved in the forum community for over a year and their games even longer. Customer Support just get thousands of tickets daily so it takes some time to work through them all I've always got a response anyway
