Move from one device to another

Hi, i have an iPad that is on the verge of bricking. How can i move Dino Hunter to a different device. In this case from the dying iPad to another iPad. I dont want to lose my hours of gaming and my 101,000,000 dollars.
When i just download another DH, it starts from the beginning. BTW, I backed up to the cloud and restored to the new ipad but dino hunter did not transfer.

Try iTunes instead of iCloud.
