Quick Game?

I just updated the game but have no option to play a short game starting in the 6th inning. Is this a bug or something?

I've had the game for 2 months on iPhone 5 and never had this option. Most of my friends didn't have it either, but a couple of them did. Not sure why that happened but offering short games to only some players seemed very unbalanced
