Stats not going up

I have a problem since the last 2 updates where stats don't match my players. I have players that belted 6+ homeruns but they are not being saved if the game ends due to a player not playing anymore. I have the same with batting avg and hits. I recorded all my hits I had for the day and in the leader section it was off by a ton. On one day I had 6 hr's for Carlos Quentin in stats he is sitting at 4???? I had 72 hits for that day and it said I was at 4????? Anybody else having this issue?
