Time Error Message

Hi,

I have just started playing the game 2 weeks ago on my ipad mini.p Everything was working fine until yesterday when I traveled overseas and opened the game and saw a time error message. It asked me to check my internet connection and local time settings. I have wifi but the game keeps asking me to connect to internet and check my settings. I have done everything but it still won't work and the power level does not restore and I cannot upgrade anything from weapons, armor, etc.

Please help. Thank you for your assistance.
