Any tips on killing Goliath. Hit all 3 shots but not enough time before tail knocks me out to take the 4th kill shot.

Other than the obvious just don't miss if you have to reload just hit the fire button as soon as it loads one bullet don't wait for the full reload.

After i failed in first place as well, i just walked all the way to the right hand side and waited until he walked away a little further. When ever you feel like there was not enough time to kill, then just wait before your first shot, until the animal has moved away from you a bit further.
