I bought 100 gold 3 times but have not gotten it in the game and can look at my bank that the money is withdrawn how do i get the gold I paid for Help help wanted a weapon to the retail price

I bought my gold over facebook do not know if it helps you to find my gold and my payments

I tried submitting a ticket after my gold (credits) disappeared (multiple times) and got a total BS answer each time. I suggest that YOU pretend to be a regular glu game player and submit a ticket. You won't be impressed with the slow response time or the inability for the customer care people to even understand your issue at hand.

Submitting a help ticket seems to be just a waste of time.

just bought some gold and never came.. I went through FB and now waiting. FB will either force credit back or hopefully give gold...I also told them about the other issues etc and GLU's lag ime for support tickets...Glu claims 48 hrs I am still waiting on 3 respoces from 5 days ago...LOL
