buy gold and don't receive it

I have tried to by gold in Dino hunter facebook and I don't receive it at all. How are you suppose to play the game and upgrade weapons when you can't get gold?:mad:

yes they were. First my Deer Hunter screws up and sends me back to level 1 with no gold or no money and none of the weapons I bought and upgraded and now this disaster in Dino hunter.
