Getting Pitchers

Looks like most people are weak at pitching. Has anyone tried just drafting starting or relief pitchers and how was their success. I've never seen the individual drafting picks on sale.

From a small amount of personal experience, and from what people have said in this forum, this is not the best way to go to stock your starting and relieving rotations. Number one draft picks seem to be the best way, but it takes a lot of pics. I also paid 2K gold for a three-player pack to get Liriano, whom a few here recommended as one of the top 4 star SPs.

I am looking for 4.5 and 5 star pitchers. Some of my 4 star countinually get lit up by the legends.
