best way to get 4.5-5* pitchers?

Im just wondering how to get better starting pitchers. I just spent gold on 10 #1 picks and i got no starting pitchers! Should i keep drafting #1's or should i draft just starting pitchers for 300 gold? Also how much blue cash is required to get rid of all the 2nd round picks?
