Does anyone know who the prime players are and what their ratings would be. Thanks

Hunter Pence 8 5 6 (this week)
And i thought it was just all the five star players. (i use to be 4 and a halfers)

I'm referring to the players who have the prime ratings. ie Pujols who is 10 10 4. Ichiro is another. I believe he is 10 2 10. Sounds like GLU gave these prime ratings to a select few players

Im playing against a guy who has CC Sabathia 8 10 10, Other prime pitchers ive seen are jake peavy and Tim Lincecum dont remember their stats

Actually no.
You can only get prime players from fan reward and it will cost you 24000 gold per player.

Think I just started a bonus game against a guy with 3 Prime players. Ortiz, Pujols, and Suzuki. Full upgrade levels, too. And I thought I was being a D-bag staying at Star level for so long...

24K gold per player eh... whats the best method of getting these guys? Just save up gold and wait for fan reward to pay out? Should we aim to get ~500K gold total if we want to make our way through the list and grab all the prime players?

Just to make a note.
You will see prime team in GOAT playoff(The team name is G.O.A.T)
The lineup and pitchers are composed by prime players so it could be tough.

After win the GOAT playoff, you will have to start over again in GOAT division which is just like TSB2014.

so nothing left to do after winning GOAT playoff? it'll just reset you to play the GOAT division again?

thanks, good to know. im burning through this and by this rate i'll be done with this game later this week. haven't gotten any prime pitchers yet, dont know if i'll need them to finish up GOAT playoffs.

yes, until you get them on your team. then you realize you can't really succeed without them. to me, the game is about getting prime players, so indirectly the game is about getting gold. maximize your chances to get gold and you'll have no problems with the game.

I agree. Of course I want them on my team. I just think it's a little silly to have them in the game period.
