Things I Have Not Seen In-Game

I am yet to see:
1. Pickoff attempt at 2nd base
2. Charge the mound
3. Wild pitch with a runner at 3rd base
4. Throwing error from the outfield.
5. Throwing error from catcher

Things I have seen once, maybe twice:
1. Triple play
2. Ground rule double

Ironic as it is, I did see a triple play from a team I ridiculously outranked. It is odd that some of the most common things you would see on real baseball are not in the game, while the most uncommon are seen in the game. Balks for example

I once lost a game on a triple play on a player that I outranked by a lot. I was down 1 run in the bottom of the 9th. Runners on 2nd and 3rd, 0 outs. Line drive to the 2nd baseman, he caught it, then threw to 2nd base then 3rd to get all 3 outs... I was ****ED.

Something I just did recently, I hit a HR that hit the foul pole. Pretty cool detail there.

something i see far too often is getting thrown out at home from the warning track. like really? this rarely happens irl. very annoying.
