Is GLU committing wire fraud with this garbage?

What do you call it when an individual or organization accepts payment over the internet for goods/services it never intends to fulfill?

Had this game for 48 hrs. In which time I spent (what I consider) a decent amount of $$$ on in-app purchases. Since that time, this game crashes every single time I log in.

I see from the forum I am not alone in this problem.

I see GLU has deleted teams and other assets from other players without explanation.

I also see I am not alone in having my requests for customer service go unanswered.

Has anyone thought to contact Apple/iTunes about this situation? I can't think they would be pleased with one of their vendors behaving in this way.
