"game code"?

I just recently stumbled on a screen I've never seen before. When you are at your play menu and click on the top left button for the drop down menu (games,compete, rosters, settings...) underneath settings, there is a tap sports logo.

I accidently clicked on it (meant to click on settings)....and it took me to a screen with gold bars and I think the "glu" logo. If you click on that, a pop up screen comes up asking for a "game code".

After some research, it says FB account users and Google account users will occasionally be sent a code. I've never seen one.

Had anyone else?
