Can't get 5* pitchers!! Ugh!

Okay, just venting. Been playing all year and I have yet to be able to draft a 5* pitcher for either my starters or relievers! I've got all 4.5* pitchers but I'm afraid to level up because I don't want to get killed. I'd love to get Madison Bumgarner because the guy I played against a few times with him kicked my butt. (I don't recall if it was on TSB '14 or '15). I had a hard time hitting him. But every time I spin the draft wheel I either get a 3.5 star guy or just miss the 5 star players by one spot! It's frustrating!!!
