Stuck on 85% when loading!!!

I have a samsung galaxy s6 and the game has worked fine until now. All of a sudden it won't let me play. It just loads to 85% then says it needs to restart. My name is blackhawks4590 and my email is jaykig13@yahoo.com. heck, my numbet is 4129569169. Please help!
