Does anyone else feel this way? Mike_S was super in supporting us in the past, maybe he was too good. Redtrunk likes to tell us how he has no idea and can't help us, we need to go to customer service. For a game that loves to take our money, they sure don't know how to give support. Count me as disappointed with my experience.
