Event Accolade Issue

My club placed 3rd in tuesdays event (and it even shows that we did when we click on tuesday) but it is giving us the point multiplier for rank 4-10 instead. Redtrunk or whoever else can you please fix this??

Customer service in this game and on this forum is an absolute joke. This will be the second issue I have that goes unresolved because they just ignore it. Whatever I guess. Just disappointed now really.

You are absolutely right chad. I know redtrunk does what he can be Mike S was all over things last year
Now he has been promoted in some ways even though he is still on here as a Mod but he says he barely had time to read his PM's so seems they need to assign more to forum and fix the customer Service issues cause it gets very old and plus they don't really fix the issue they just pass it on to someone else
