Game won't load

I'm trying to go into the game and it says that i need to upgrade to the current version. When i click upgrade it sends me to the play store and it doesn't say update just open. When i click on open it goes right back to the previous screen that says it needs to be upgraded. I tried to Uninstall and reinstall to fix it but it keeps doing that same upgrade loop.
