Does anybody know what level the multi draft changes from a 4 star guaranteed player to a 4.5 guaranteed player?

I think that 4 or 4.5* guarantee is bs because I've mentioned 5-7 non multiple draft no.1 picks and plenty of times never got a 4star+ player

Knowing how much glu bilks ppl for money I'm guessing it's s marketing gimmick
