Upgrade Sale During Fan Rewards

I thought you used to have a sale on Upgrades during fan rewards. Last week that wasn't the case and the current sale ends tonight before fan rewards. I am misremembering?? Or is there ever a time that the coincide?

Was offered every week! Last week was the first time I can remember it not happening! All used to go on sale at the same time!

Speaking of sale on Upgrades, I've seen it through the week "Up to 50% off" but it doesn't show you the new price? Do you just have to pick one area to upgrade and hope it's on sale or what?

Upgrades are priced by upgrade level regardless of which one you upgrade. Never have I seen them 50% off! When on sale it's always the same cost... About 20% cheaper
