Did not receive rank rewards for weekend event

Hello, So my club finished in the top 40 in the just concluded weekend event, I was supposed to receive a draft pick and cash. Usually when I claim my rewards there is a button that says "tap to see if you won" or something like that, but this time the button was not there. Anyone else having this problem? How do I fix it? Thanks for all help,

I didn't see a tab asking me to collect them, but I know I got them...

Check your store, you probably have them already, it just didn't give you the notification. On the right side, instead of the price of the pick, the icon will read "collect."
