Still stuck on fan rewards from two weeks ago!

Yep, still shows gold spent trying to get Davis and Holliday. That was the reward from 2 weeks ago. And not a sole at glu gives a rats behind. Contacted them several times no response. Did not receive any fan rewards last week and won't this week. What a freak-n joke!

I'd be fired if it took me this long to respond to my customers and resolve their issues. And rightly so. This is absurd.

Happy to report that red trunk was finally able to rectify my issue. Thank you sir. Hopefully the last of the issues. Hopefully I will not have the problem arise again next week!
