I was trying to screen shot my bonus games and I accidentally purchased 10 franchise coins for 2000 gold, I didn't want 10 coins that's unbelievable!!!! You guys need to have a confirm button cuz that sort of stuff happens too often, is there anyway of returning those and getting my gold back, I worked hard for it.

They don't have a confirmation button because they want to scam as much gold from you as possible. It is a joke that they don't have that feature.
