fan rewards not clearing

Does any one know as to why week after week my completed fan rewards do not clear from the top of my home screen. I have to get a hold of redtrunk and have him reset it before the next week starts or else my gold doesn't count towards any thing. Is this happening to any one else. Really wish I knew how to take care of this on my own. This has been an ongoing problem for a month now and I am sure that redtrunk is going to get tired of dealing with me and this same issue week in and week out.

Yes this happens to me frequently. I contacted customer Service and they told me that I was wrong in this wasn't happening. It happens. Good luck trying to get anybody to it knowledge it or correct the issue though. I don't think you realize how terrible the customer services with glue. They don't care. They take your money and run.
