Unfinished league games

Does anyone know what happens with unfinished leagues? I have a few that are coming to a close with several games that haven't been played. Currently in 2nd on one league with 1 loss behind 1st. Does Glu auto play the rest of the games to determine the winner, or is it decided by the standings at the time of the closing?
