Free Gold Video Error

Recently, I started watching videos for free gold. Tonight, I was watching one and the app crashed. M account is connected with Google+, yet when I reloaded the app to watch videos, the gold went to the app's base login account and not to my Google+ team. I tried restarting my phone, clearing the app cache, and even reinstalling it.

Has anyone ever had an issue similar to this?

Update: I've also tried to purchase gold for the account, but it still sent the gold to the base login account. I'm at a loss and am getting rather fed up with it.
