Trouble with watching videos for 4 gold on android

I have never been able to watch the videos for 4 gold on my android phone. It will play for about 15 seconds then the app will restart. Any advice on how to fix the issue?

I haven't either. I can watch the video, bit it doesn't pay me the gold. I have no idea how to fix it. It started about 2 weeks ago. I tried different accounts, different devices, and had the same problem about 90% of the time.
