This is bad, Glu. Really don't know what so say except class action lawsuit might be the next step. People are spending gold and real money on these events. This is really getting ridiculous.

Then when they respond you better be ready else they'll close it asap. They get as long as they want to respond you get 2 days. So you have to check 30 days to make sure you don't miss. Haha

Ok go to Amazon or any other place that sells a product and if said product is not up to the standard that was advertised then you as the customer has the right to return said product for a full refund.
