Redtrunk, my man, I know you are just one person and ur last PM directed me to customer service. Since that day which was roughly a month ago, I have yet to hear from customer service beyond the automated message. With that said, as much as i love the game, I quit. I cant continue to invest my time into something that the ppl who run this **** care so little about. The point of this post is to make you and hopefully anyone at Glu that cares about their consumer aware, because I am 100% positive they are going to continue to lose users the longer they treat their product like an old dirty sock with holes in it. Glu by far has the worst customer service, not just in the mobile world. I put in 2 tickets on 2 separate occasions for the same issue but on different accounts, the only help I received was from you the very first time it happened. I am done. Thank you.
