bonus game stuck

Yest i starte a bonus game and it stuck...I click it and the little wheel just spins and spins...I've restarted and logged back in a number of times and still stuck...any suggestions

Mine is cubeez as well. In a Bonus Game and even started a regular game and both just spin. He is is club k1l4cal 1h1tsquad.

Any of you ever get this fixed? I have a bonus game stuck as well, and its also GHOST773 from Cubs Nation 2016...customer support said to clear the cache (make sure to avoid clearing the data, just cache) but that didn't work. Waiting for another response

I got a mail from glu under settings..it's fixed on my end...try mailing them under settings...they were pretty quick

Hmm...ya thats what I did and they just suggested clearing the cache. Hopefully I hear back again, good to know its fixable on their end!

Ghost773 is a good club. I am in that club.
I have no clue about Cubeez.......
