Blacked out

Anyone else having problems with the app being blacked out? If I try to get on the app, its just a black screen with the battery level at the top. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but it did not fix it. Any other solutions?

Figured it out. You must also power cycle the phone.

Note to others: always try turning phone off then back on before you try uninstalling/reinstalling.
