How long does double gold last?

Like all of us, I have a habit of closing out the in-game ads as soon as I notice them start to pop up.

This morning I was closing out an ad and at the last second I noticed it was an ad for double gold for watching videos. I watched an ad and confirmed I was getting 8 gold (thanks for actually including Android this time). However, since I only got a glimpse of the ad, I did not see when this promotion ends. Did anyone notice when this is over? I expected the ad to pop up again but it's been an hour now and I haven't seen it again.
