Anyone stuck at 85% when loading

It's happen to me a few times. However when I try after a handful of times its working? But now again its not. What could be causing this?

If you use game gaurdian or something like it, you edited something you shouldn't have. if not, no idea, good luck

I did not edit anything. Thanks for the reply though. I just downloaded the app again and same inconsistent 85% display. And sometimes it does work
