Is there an update going on in 2017?

I can't find anything online about it but my game won't open it . When I open it it gets to about 56 percent and then near the bottom it says something about upgrades going on.

Idk it was some sort of glitch. Some ppl like me got it to come back and some are still struggling

Seems users who were in a Public Club can't access the game after the server side update.

My app a continues to crash at 86%. Very frustrating!

It seems to be happening for everybody. My guess is it's a server side update to fix the issue some users were having not being able to open the app since yesterday.
