Is It Possible To Win Derbies Without Being Jailed?

I have now been incarcerated and released at least 4 times in the past few weeks, each time likely due to the derbies. I am an honest player that has spent too much money on this game and do quite well in the derbies. However, lately I cannot be profitable without my account being suspended and having to go through the same crap to have it reactivated. And my account is reactivated each time because I've done nothing wrong and they can see no reason for me being jailed. Anyone else having this issue? I'm about to be done with this game...
