can i save online after team has been created

I was not signed into a gmail account/social media account when I originally created my team so it is only saved locally on my device.  Is it possible to connect it to a gmail account now after the fact so my team can be saved online.  Getting a new phone and would like to maintain my progress if possible.

If it was only tied to your device, it'll remain on that specific device until you link it.  On iOS it's via e-mail or Facebook.  On Android, it's via Facebook or Google Plus.  You can't switch from iOS to Android or vice versa as the game is built on separate platforms.

thanks. the move would be Android to Android. Was planning to use my google account. How would I go about linking it?
