Need help

i upgraded game.  I then upgraded Andrew miller on the main game screen.  I remembered it was weird because in the upgrade screen it said it was capped but on the main screen I could upgrade him.  So I upgraded Andrew miller on main screen. He was upgraded. I was surprised.  Several days went by. I logged back into my account [email protected].  I wasn't able to play club event. I contact customer service but no response.  Please help blue leopard
