All current Special Offers banner

Please consider a banner (maybe moving banner) of currently active special offers because sometimes I "X" out a deal upon logging into the game and that special offer doesn't reappear for a while or sometimes doesn't reappear at all.  I'd really like to have access to the special offers at all times instead of sporadically.  Something to consider unless you guys are purposely trying to frustrate customers, which makes sense since I can't seem to stop striking out with pitches in the dirt.

P.S. I hope you guys are working hard weeding out the cheaters and hacks/glitches (iPhone AND Android) because it ruined the 2016 game.
