Best Tier to be in?

Just curious what is the best ftp tier.. I'm currently in low silver. I'm thinking gold would be a good spot to be in?  I seem to face a lot of gold players already.

I think Gold tier is probably the most accurate as far as player ratings go, bronze is a complete joke. Once you hit Platinum and Diamond the games are pretty tough but not unbeatable. It may just be me but as I said I think Gold tier represents the most accurate stats and player ratings.

Once I hit diamond I was jailed. Just saying
